TRAINING SERVICE REGULATIONS

provided by AUXI SERVICE CENTER ANNA WOJCIECHOWSKA, hereinafter referred to as EAP24

I. Definitions

The provisions used in these Regulations mean:

  1. EAP24 – AUXI SERVICE CENTER ANNA WOJCIECHOWSKA, ul. Obrzeżna 5E apt. 27, 02-691 Warsaw, Poland, NIP 9820254170
  2. Ordering Party – a legal person or an organizational unit having legal capacity under the Act.
  3. Training – a service provided by EAP24 to the Ordering Party in the form of: on-site training or online training conducted via electronic means of communication or access to an internet platform containing online training for a specified period of time (hereinafter referred to as the myEAP24.pl platform).
  4. Order – a declaration of will by the Ordering Party and/or persons indicated by the Ordering Party to participate in a stationary or online training course, for a fee to EAP24.
  5. Website – the EAP24 website at: www.eap24.pl, through which you can register for training via the registration form or contact an EAP24 representative via the contact form.
  6. EAP24 Consultant – a person responsible for the sales/order processing process at EAP24.

II. General provisions

  1. These Regulations define the rules for the sale of training to Ordering Parties via the website or electronic ordering.
  2. A detailed description of the training can be found on the website or is presented in the individual EAP24 offer.
  3. Training sessions can be held in-person or online via remote communication. Furthermore, EAP24 may provide selected educational content to the Client on the platform https://myeap24.pl
  4. EAP24 and the Ordering Party may communicate via e-mail at: eap24.office@eap24.pl or by phone at 790287 100, as well as via personal or company e-mail addresses and the telephone number of the EAP24 Consultant.

III. Orders

  1. The Ordering Party places an Order:
    1. Using the application form on the website www.eap24.pl.
    2. By means of the “Training Service Order” form sent to the Ordering Party’s e-mail address indicated in point III paragraph 4 or to the direct e-mail address of the EAP24 Consultant.
  2. EAP24 returns the signed Order to the email address provided by the Ordering Party. Upon return of the mutually signed Order by EAP24, a contract is concluded.
  3. Customers can order training services online via the registration form at www.eap24.pl. Participation in the training is confirmed by payment by the specified deadline. Failure to pay by the deadline constitutes withdrawal from the training.
  4. EAP24 reserves the right to cancel an online training session if the minimum number of participants is not met, or to reschedule the training session due to circumstances beyond EAP24’s control. In such a case, the Ordering Party will receive a refund of the payment.

IV. Principles of training services

  1. When participating in online training, the participant should ensure that the hardware and software meet the requirements for participating in online training; it is recommended to check the audio and video settings in advance.
  2. The Ordering Party may change the person or persons (training participants) by submitting appropriate information to EAP24 no later than 3 business days before the training commencement date.
  3. EAP24 may change the date of an in-person or online training course for important reasons, such as:
    1. EAP24 is unable to conduct the training due to technical reasons (e.g. Internet connection failure, hardware failure),
    2. the Ordering Party’s failure to provide an appropriate training venue for in-person training on the scheduled date,
    3. inability to conduct the training due to health reasons or other reasons attributable to the trainer.
  4. As confirmation of participation in the in-person or online training, participants will receive a certificate of participation in paper or electronic form within 14 business days of the training completion. EAP24 determines the form of the certificate.

V. Payments

  1. The Ordering Party pays for the training in the amount indicated by EAP24 by transfer to the bank account of Auxi Service Center Anna Wojciechowska 12 1140 2017 0000 4302 0753 7964 on the basis of a Proforma document or a VAT invoice.

VI. Withdrawal from participation in training

  1. The participant may withdraw from participation in the training without incurring any costs no later than 14 days before the planned training date.
  2. In the event of cancellation less than 14 days before the training date, the participant is obliged to cover 50% of the training cost.
  3. Cancellation must be submitted in writing (e-mail or registered letter) and confirmed by the training organizer.
  4. Failure to participate in the training without prior notification of withdrawal will result in the obligation to cover the full cost of the training.
  5. It is possible to appoint another participant in place of the person withdrawing, after prior agreement with the organizer, at no additional cost.

VII. Withdrawal from the contract and complaints

  1. The ordering party has the right to withdraw from the concluded online training contract within 14 days from the date of its conclusion by submitting a written declaration.
  2. The Client has the right to withdraw from the contract for in-person training up to 7 days prior to the scheduled date. If the Client cancels the training less than 7 days prior to the scheduled date, 100% payment will be due.
  3. The Ordering Party may submit a complaint regarding training courses electronically to: eap24.office@eap24.pl. In submitting a complaint, the Ordering Party must provide the following information: the company’s Tax Identification Number (NIP), personal information, telephone number, email address, the name of the training course being complained about, and a description of the complaint. Complaints must be submitted within 14 days of the completion of the training.
  4. EAP24 will consider complaints within 30 days of their submission by sending a written response to the e-mail address provided in the complaint.

VIII. Personal data and privacy policy

  1. In accordance with Article 13 paragraphs 1 and 2 of the GDPR (i.e. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC) and the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data, we hereby inform you that the controller of personal data provided by the Ordering Party is Auxi Service Center Anna Wojciechowska, ul. Obrzeżna 5E, apt. 27, Warsaw 02-691.

IX. Other provisions

  1. The Client is not permitted to reproduce training materials prepared by EAP24 or make them available to third parties.
  2. EAP24 does not guarantee and is not responsible for the acquisition of knowledge or skills by participants of the training.

X. Final provisions

  1. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
  2. All disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be resolved by a common court with jurisdiction over the registered office of EAP24.
