The EAP Standard Plan combines daily education with 24/7 psychological, legal and financial assistance for employees and their loved ones, as well as dedicated support for management and HR departments (24/7/365 Infoline + Support Line).

EAP PREMIUM
EAP Premium is a strategic partnership that, in addition to the full range of services from the EAP Standard plan, includes systemic activities supporting the organization in managing psychosocial risks in the areas of occupational health and safety and ESG, as well as interventions in crisis situations, e.g. an accident or death of an employee at work, including direct support for incident management staff.

The Wellbeing Platform is an educational solution – it provides access to a platform supporting daily employee well-being prevention. It’s the best choice for beginners or those with a limited budget. Build a culture of well-being and educate employees starting from just 1 PLN/month.
EAP Standard includes education and full specialist support (psychologist, lawyer, financial advisor) available 24/7. This is the most frequently chosen package. It combines education with immediate support from specialists 24/7/365 – providing real help whenever an employee needs it.
EAP Premium, on the other hand, is the most comprehensive package – in addition to employee support, it includes organizational activities, including psychosocial risk management and crisis intervention. This solution is for companies that want to be strategic. In addition to employee support, you receive tools for psychosocial risk management and crisis management assistance.
Is the use of the myEAP24.pl platform anonymous?
Yes, we guarantee complete confidentiality. Employers do not have access to information about who uses the platform.
Who can use the EAP program?
The program can be used by company employees and – depending on the package – also members of their immediate family.
Can I change my plan during the contract period?
Yes, you can extend your package at any time. Details depend on the terms of your contract.
Does the EAP program affect employee absenteeism?
