The way EAP services are provided and thus the cost estimation of EAPs assumes the participation of all company employees (as well as members of their immediate family).

The standard of support provided assumes the availability of an online platform and a hotline 24/7.

Both employees and members of the immediate family (husband/wife, partner/partner, children 13+) can use the online platform, hotline, and individual consultations. 

 No – EAP Programs ensure confidentiality, anonymity, and impartiality of the support provided to participants. 

The EAP24 hotline is available 24/7, guaranteeing constant access to psychologists with extensive experience, specialists are ready to provide immediate assistance, and calls are answered within 30 seconds.

 These are psychologists, therapists, coaches, with professional training and experience in working with EAP clients over the phone. 

Meetings can be continued privately outside the EAP Program. 

EAP support does not provide psychiatric care. If the EAP24 consultant assesses that such help is needed, they will inform the participant and provide support to make it easier for the caller to make an appointment with a specialist (e.g. information on the scope of medical care in the company, information on the nearest facilities). 

 Yes. The myEAP24.pl platform is a knowledge base available to all employees 24/7: hundreds of articles, recommended professional literature, live webinars + recordings. Additionally, in addition to the EAP program, we also conduct training for company employees in psychological first aid. 

Yes. Consultations for the HR Department are unlimited and concern all difficult situations from the “soft HR” area, e.g. mobbing, harassment, discrimination at work, situations related to accidents at work, employee dismissals, emergency and crisis situations. In addition to the EAP program, you can use additional services in the area of: mediation, crisis intervention, stationary training. Ask for details – contact form.
